This document constitutes the complete legal agreement between you and Innovative Solutions, the company operating FLIPY e-Album Studio (accessible at flipy.eventumvfx.in). By accessing or using FLIPY in any manner — whether to create, preview, purchase, or share a digital album — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything written here. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. This agreement covers your privacy rights, the terms under which you may use our services, the license granted to you for your content, our pricing and payment policies, and the limitations of our liability.
When you use FLIPY, we collect certain information that is necessary to provide the service. This includes the images and media files you upload to create your album, studio identity details such as your studio name, phone number, and website URL that appear on the generated QR card, technical information such as your device type and browser for compatibility purposes, and payment transaction records processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or any sensitive financial credentials — all payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. The information we collect is used solely to generate your 3D flipbook album, produce and activate your QR code, and maintain your session within the studio. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or album content with any third party for marketing, analytics, or commercial purposes.
Every album created and published through FLIPY is stored securely on our servers. Upon successful payment and QR code generation, your album is stored and accessible via your unique QR code link for a period of one full year (365 days) from the date of purchase. We take care to maintain the integrity and availability of your album throughout this period, and we make no guarantees beyond this duration unless an extended archival agreement has been entered into.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your storage period ends, however we do not guarantee delivery of such notifications due to factors beyond our control such as changed contact information or email delivery issues. It remains the responsibility of the user to track their album expiry.
FLIPY operates on a transparent pay-per-use model. At the time of writing, the base price for generating a QR code and publishing an album is ₹29 for up to 25 pages, with an additional charge of ₹1 per page beyond the 25-page base. The number of pages is determined automatically by our system based on the content you have uploaded and cannot be manually altered by the user. Each payment corresponds to one unique QR code for one album. Once a QR code has been generated and the album has been published, the payment is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Innovative Solutions expressly reserves the right to change, revise, or restructure its pricing at any time without prior notice. This includes the base page price, the per-page overage rate, the long-term archival fee, and any other charges associated with the platform. Pricing displayed at the time of your transaction is the price you will be charged for that transaction, but future transactions may be subject to different pricing. We recommend checking the current pricing on the platform before initiating each purchase.
You retain full and complete ownership of all photographs, images, and other media files you upload to FLIPY. By uploading content, you grant Innovative Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content strictly for the purpose of rendering your digital album and serving it to those who scan your QR code. This license does not give us any right to use your images for advertising, promotion, or any purpose beyond the direct delivery of your album. We will never use your client photographs or personal imagery in any promotional material without your explicit written consent.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload — including that you have obtained proper consent from any individuals photographed, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without refund.
Each QR code generated through FLIPY is unique to a single album and a single payment transaction. The QR code is intended for sharing your album with clients and viewers, and may be printed on physical materials, shared digitally, or embedded in other media. You may not reproduce, sell, or sublicense QR codes or album links generated by FLIPY. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying album structure from the published HTML. The QR code becomes inactive when the associated album's storage period expires.
FLIPY uses minimal session cookies to maintain your studio session during active use. These cookies are temporary and are not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising purposes. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Basic server logs may record IP addresses and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes. These logs are not shared with any third party and are retained for a limited period.
We strive to keep FLIPY available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Innovative Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We may update these terms, the pricing structure, the album storage policy, or any feature of the service. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative Solutions and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use FLIPY — including but not limited to loss of album data, loss of business opportunity, or any claim by a third party. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of FLIPY shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to that claim. By using this platform, you expressly agree to this limitation.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.
